Phil Heath’s Primary Again Exercise Routine

Whether or not he participates in this year's Olympics remains the question of 2020, but what cannot be questioned is how basic free weight training was crucial for seven-time Olympic champion Phil Heath during his career.

Rows of dumbbells (with pronation and backward grips) and dumbbells reinforced his lats, rhomboids, and middle traps. Pull-ups and wide-pull lat pulls stretched his lats sideways. Over the course of "The Gift" his back grew and grew. In fact, over the course of his career, Heath has made more improvements to his physique than any other bodybuilder in the past or present.
