Mike O’Hearn Is Extra Ripped Than Ever at 51

MICHAEL NEVEUX / M + F magazine

At 51, four-time Mr. Universe Mike O & # 39; Hearn is still one of the strongest – and if his Instagram is an indication of it, he has always been. The bodybuilding icon recently posted side by side with his figure in 1983 and 2020, and he appears to have pulled a Benjamin button.

Tell me about your constancy. ⁣ training ⁣ 42 years of training and nutrition. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 37 years on stage. Turned my passion into something I could do for a lifetime, never knew it would give me a better and healthier life. or life just felt like it put me down. I was 9 years old when I understood that

In the headline, "The Titan" states that constancy has been the key to maintaining his incredible physique for more than 40 years, 37 of which he spent on bodybuilding.

"It was more important to exercise when I was sad, depressed, out of money, or simply blown away by life," O & # 39; Hearn wrote in the headline. "It is more important to train at this point than any other time. I was 9 years old when I understood that."

We would certainly not blame O & # 39; Hearn for being lazy, and we doubt that anyone else would. Even as the new father of son Titan, who was born in March last year, O & # 39; Hearn has not slowed down. He is a frequent guest at bodybuilding events and even became a meme after falling off the stage at an appearance at the 2019 NPC Northwest Championship in November.

He was also a good sport. Despite the seriousness of training, the Titan has a pretty good sense of humor when it comes to its social media. Follow him on @mikeohearn to keep up with The Titan.
