Icon Meals Launches an Progressive Iconic Protein Espresso

by Matt Weik

I'm willing to bet there are two things in life you love – protein and coffee. I mean, if you don't like these two things, we can't be friends. If you are like me, not a day goes by when you are not looking forward to these two things. Tomorrow, afternoon, evening it doesn't matter. It says "give me freedom or give me death" up there. And I recently heard of an Icon Meals product that combines both with an extra little treat. The product name? Iconic protein coffee.

The sound alone makes my mouth water. How many of you drink coffee in the morning? Do you use any kind of milk or sweetener? Probably correct? Have you ever used a protein powder as a sweetener? Ah, the light bulb was just coming on. It's amazing and kills two birds with one stone. But what if you don't have time to make a cup of coffee or if you're in a hurry? That is the beauty and convenience of Iconic Protein Coffee from Icon Meals.

Innovate further

If you paid attention to Icon Meals, they not only make fantastic ready meals, but have also branched out into protein popcorn, protein bread, protein cookies, protein chips and various spices. You have everything! But the only thing they lacked for the overall package and experience was coffee – so far.

Iconic Protein Coffee is a spray-dried, low temperature, light roasted coffee powder that can be used any time of the day when you need some energy and protein. But that's not all. They went one step further and adopted the patented nootropic cognizine. This ingredient gives you Citicolin, which can provide you with the cognitive energy and concentration you need to keep your day going – no matter what you do. Cognizine is a pure, vegetarian-friendly and allergen-free ingredient. Iconic Protein Coffee is also gluten-free and GMO-free.

This instant coffee powder is loaded with additional anhydrous caffeine to increase the total to 150 mg per serving. Each tub contains 14 servings and costs $ 29 on their website (up to $ 2.07 per serving). For this price, it's hard to miss. Think about the Starbucks coffee you buy. This will cost you much more than the cost of a single serving of Iconic Protein Coffee.

With each serving of the naturally flavored Iconic Protein Coffee you also receive 20 g premium whey protein from whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. The rest of the macros are pretty impressive too: they only contain 120 calories, 3 g fat, 3 g carbohydrates and 1 g sugar. The sweeteners used are stevia, sucralose and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). The taste with which they came onto the market is mocha cappuccino, and I can only assume that other flavors will be in the works if this product stands out, since I can only assume that this is the case.

The movement has started

A few years ago I wrote some content about the idea that supplement brands missed the boat while having coffee. It's the most consumed morning drink in the U.S., and although some brands had coffee-flavored protein, it really only gained traction last year.

Since Iconic Protein Coffee is launching its own version of a protein coffee, I'm glad to see that they also included nootropics in the formula to differentiate them from all other competitors on the market – which nootropics happen to be another are huge market now too.

While everyone has lowered their prices and sold coffee for around $ 1 a cup, the nutritional benefits are lacking. For the extra dollar you would spend on a normal cup of coffee at your favorite gas station, cafe, or fast food restaurant, you get additional nootropic benefits, an increase in caffeine content, and a healthy serving of 20g of quality Protein. If that's not a total win, I'm not sure what it is.

How can iconic protein coffee be used?

Trick question! However, the answer is what you want. Use it in the morning to roll out of bed and shoot all cylinders. Use it in the afternoon to overcome afternoon energy consumption. Use it to relax with a good book in the evenings (assuming you can still sleep after consuming caffeine – otherwise skip this). And one area that many may not have thought of is a pre-workout addition. Yes, I said before training.

Think about it. Protein can help feed and maintain your lean muscle tissue. The caffeine will help you regain energy so you can work harder in the gym. And then you have the added nootropic in Icon Protein Coffee so you can stay focused in the gym and support a solid connection between mind and muscle.

The versatility of this product is amazing! If you now order all of your other products from Icon Meals (you have already tried their products, right?), You can also place a tub of Iconic Protein Coffee on the order. Icon Meals quickly becomes a one-stop shop.

For one, I'll charge this powder when I see the value of such a product – not to mention that I'm a protein and coffee junkie. But what do you think of the latest addition to the Icon Meals range? Are you going to try or is it a tough pass? Let us know in the comments.
